Meet the Staff

Lin Mann

Lin (mother) is the secretary to the riding school and livery yard. She was from a farming background and takes care of all the other animals on the yard. Lin is also described as a second mum to the staff.

Michaela Hunt - Proprietor

Michaela Hunt - ProprietorMichaela started riding at the age of 13, at 17 became a working pupil training for the B.H.S. Assistant Instructor exam under the tution of Vikki Macdonald. After gaining the teaching exam, Michaela went on to gain further experience working at different riding schools.
At 21 Michaela returned home to Coventry to open the yard at Bubbenhall with her father and mother. At 27 Michaela enrolled at Warwickshire College on to the equine business management course. After passing the course with distinction she was also awarded best student equine instructor, best equine student and best overall college student for that year, 1998. Michaela was also awarded the city and guilds silver medal for excellence. Michaela used her knowledge gained to go on and develop the riding school as it is today along with lecturing part time at Warwickshire College for 6 years.

Lloyd Hunt

Lloyd first came to the riding school in 1998 as an instructor. He bought the fun of the pony club in to the riding school environment. Having been a member of the north Warwickshire pony club for many years and competing, he was well qualified to bring his experiences into the school. Lloyd developed his skill in the horse industry by becoming a qualified cross country builder for British eventing.
Although Lloyd works full time as head groundsman at Solihull riding club, he is responsible for yard maintenance and is developing a small cross country course to suit our riders.

Debbie Constable

B.H.S. P.I., Stage III care.

Debbie is another of our full time instructors and new head girl, she has been part of the yard since the age of 8. Debbie took some time out from training but is currently preparing for her Stage III riding and stage IV Care.
